Hedgården Utomhus (Hedgården Outdoors)

The home care service's area of operation extends from Smedjebacken in the north to Fagersta in the south, with its workplace located at Hedgårdens special care housing. It is a small work group with low staff turnover.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks consist of supporting home care recipients with the interventions they need. It is important to us that you place the home care recipient at the center and that you enjoy collaborating around them to do the best for the individual. We constantly need to take on new challenges, and you are part of developing care to the better and creating a meaningful everyday life.

Other tasks may also occur, and the content and conditions of the work may change over time.

The position is 100%, with shift work (day/evening/weekend).

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education (Undersköterska)
• Category B driver's license
• You have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, as the profession's scope of responsibility requires documentation and delegation
• Personal suitability is given great weight

It is meritorious if you have specialist nursing assistant education, and have worked with:

• Home care
• Day activity centers
• Lifecare, BPSD, and Senior Alert
