Nordgren Marine Consulting helps boat owners with service, repairs, and troubleshooting of outboard motors, navigation technology, and marine electronics. We work both in our workshop in Gustavsberg and on-site when needed – with the goal that our customers' boats function safely, reliably, and are ready when the season begins.

About the role:

For the role of marine technician, we would like you to possess good knowledge of engines and boats. Using a workshop manual, you should be able to disassemble and assemble an engine, a gearbox housing, or perform other tasks on a boat.

You will be part of a wonderful team that always strives for new challenges and solutions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has, for example, worked at a shipyard, workshop, service center, or mechanical workshop where you have previously worked on repairing and fixing engines and boats. Marine technical experience is a plus. You may also have work experience as an engine mechanic, engine technician, ship mechanic, machinist, or marine engineer. A minimum of Skipper 8 license is preferred, or alternatively, experience navigating, driving, and handling boats.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Good knowledge of boats
• Skipper 8, or equivalent experience
• Responsibility and orderliness
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Category BE driver's license
• Experience from other marinas
