About the position

As a nursing assistant, you are professional in your role and have the user at the center. The care work involves providing individual support and help to the resident, where you provide professional knowledge and attitude. This includes personal care, social community and activities, service tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.), and documentation responsibility, all of which are vital for the residents' opportunities for a meaningful daily life, a dignified life, and well-being. You are also expected to work with delegated HSL tasks within the needs of the operation.

As an employee, you collaborate easily with colleagues and other professions to ensure the operation functions in the best possible way. You take responsibility for the whole, where the kitchen and common areas are part of the daily work, and you take responsibility for one or more areas of responsibility with an interest in developing them.

You share knowledge and experiences both in daily work and at TEAM and workplace meetings. You introduce new staff and contribute with innovative thinking and joy in work.

As a coordinating nursing assistant, in addition to care work, you are responsible for:

• Ward work planning, keeping an overview of upcoming events for residents and staff, and maintaining good communication regarding this with colleagues, unit assistants, and unit managers.
• Responsibility for planning ancillary work on the ward, collaborating with the unit assistant regarding quality work, and being cohesive for issues in the work group that need to be raised further.
• Actively participate in planning activities, being included in work planning, as well as inventorying and ordering goods, food, and special diets.
• Have an overview regarding apartments during move-outs/move-ins, viewings, and plan arrival conversations.
• Be responsible for receiving external resources and inform/provide support.
• Be a role model and work for a good working environment.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained and work as a nursing assistant, hold a professional certificate, and have experience working as a coordinator or in an equivalent role within care and social services.

You see good treatment as a matter of course, you are flexible as a person, and see your workplace as a team where everyone helps each other.

You are confident in yourself and in your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility, and work well both independently and in a group. You must safeguard the users' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are sensitive and work with respect for other people.

You are responsible and have the ability to adapt the work to the user's needs and see opportunities and the team for the self. You work to solve any obstacles and are driven by providing good service to the users.

You are accustomed to documenting and have a good understanding of medical record keeping, as well as being able to express yourself well in speech and writing.

Requirements for education

Nursing assistant and hold a professional certificate for a protected title (to be attached to the application).

About the employment

Number of positions: 1

100% with work Monday-Friday and working light weekends.

Start date by agreement, probation period 6 months.
