About the role

We are now looking for a coach for work in Västerbotten, based in Umeå and surrounding areas, within the framework of the TSL transition fund.

In this role, you work closely with job seekers, where you motivate, support, and guide them towards employment or studies. You create action plans, follow up on efforts, and contribute with creative solutions to help each individual reach their goals.

An important part of the job is actively building and developing relationships with local employers to create opportunities for work. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will become part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations.

Employment

Part-time, approximately 30–50% depending on the scope of the assignment, with the possibility of extension if needed. Permanent employment starting August 1st.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 7 years of work experience
• Has at least 3 years of experience within transition/retraining
• Has relevant post-secondary education (at least 180 ECTS credits or equivalent)
• Has good knowledge of the labor market, preferably with a local network in Västerbotten
• Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
• Has good communication skills and a coaching mindset
• Has good digital competence

A driver's license and access to a car are required for the role.
