Then you might be the new Operations Technician/Property Technician we are looking for at Fastighetscompetens! Qualifications We are looking for you with a strong customer focus and service mindset, as the role involves ensuring that property owners and their tenants experience as few issues as possible with their properties and premises. It is important that you can adapt and interact with people in a respectful manner. You need to be self-reliant, solution-oriented, and practical to find the right solutions in the properties. We prefer that you have worked as an operations technician, or alternatively within plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or control and regulation. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a completed upper secondary education
• Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and able to communicate in English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Be able to undergo a security clearance, as some properties require this

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a property caretaker, property or operations technician, service electrician, or servicing other property systems. Experience as a facility caretaker, fire alarm maintenance, and SBA work is also considered an advantage, as is knowledge of additional languages.
