Maxkompetens is now seeking, in collaboration with Atea Logistics in Växjö, engaged and meticulous production assistants for part-time work Monday-Friday during the autumn & winter period of 2026/2027.

Your responsibilities

As a production assistant at Atea Logistics, you work with the handling of IT equipment. You become an important part of the work to ensure that IT equipment is handled correctly, where data security is always the highest priority.

Your tasks may include among other things:

• Unpacking and theft marking of products
• Installation and configuration of devices
• Assembly of hardware, for example screen protectors on phones or printer assembly
• Data deletion on laptops and desktop computers
• Blasting and resetting of equipment

Your profile

We are looking for you who are meticulous, responsible and thrive in a role where collaboration is a key success factor.

• Have a structured approach to work and good organizational skills

• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment
• Are proactive and solution-oriented
• Have an interest in technology, preferably within IT
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are stable, driven and have a high work ethic. You take responsibility for your work, are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed and have the ability to adapt when conditions change.

The position suits you who are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% and want to work extra on the side. As a student, you are enrolled at a university, college or Komvux, and a registration certificate from ongoing studies is required in the event of employment.

We see that you intend to continue your studies for at least one year ahead and have the opportunity to work on average 2–3 days per week. You need to be available for work with short notice if needed.

A class B driver's license and access to a car are meritorious as the workplace is located at the airport in Växjö, but there is also the possibility to get there by public transport.
