The Role

The role primarily involves cleaning and maintaining the municipality's facilities, with a focus on quality and precision. We use environmentally friendly cleaning methods in our facilities and always strive to provide excellent service to our customers.

Your main tasks:

• Cleaning and maintenance of municipal facilities
• Ordering materials
• Documentation
• Managing and registering your own working hours

The workday starts early, between 05:30 and 06:30, depending on the assignment. You need to be an early riser, punctual, and ready to take responsibility from the first hour.

Challenges and Opportunities

The work is varied, and you may need to visit several different locations on the same day, sometimes with short notice. This requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and stress tolerance.

What you need to bring

Requirements:

• You have a driver's license and access to your own car (compensation is provided)

To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you have a good sense of service. You take responsibility for your tasks, show initiative, and are solution-oriented. Collaboration is a natural part of the work, so we are looking for someone with good teamwork skills who contributes to a positive work environment. We also expect you to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good reading comprehension.

Merits:

Experience in facility cleaning and/or SRY/PRYL training. We value that you are meticulous, social, and interested in development. You need to be able to work independently with high quality in a dynamic operation where changes can happen quickly. You will use a tablet at work, so we expect you to handle email and apps without difficulty. We are looking for someone with good physical capacity who enjoys active work.
