At Koenigsegg, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Masking Technician to join our amazing team. In this specialist role, you will be responsible for advanced masking operations, including complex liveries, precise color separations, and high-precision line work. Your expertise will play a critical role in achieving the exceptional visual quality and design accuracy that define Koenigsegg vehicles.

The Masking Technician works closely with painters, designers, and quality teams to ensure the precise execution of design specifications and intended visual outcomes. Through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will contribute to delivering world-class finishes on premium automotive components.

Requirements

• Advanced masking techniques and materials knowledge
• High level of manual precision and visual accuracy
• Ability to interpret complex design layouts
• Experience with liveries and multi-layer paint processes
• Strong craftsmanship mindset and patience
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities according to the Corporate Authority and Responsibility Matrix (Doc. ID 3)
• Financial responsibility according to the Group Approval Matrix (Doc. ID 193)
• Execute advanced masking for multi-color paint schemes and liveries
• Ensure precise alignment, symmetry, and sharp paint edges
• Interpret design drawings and masking specifications
• Apply and remove masking materials without causing surface damage
• Support paint application by ensuring proper protection of surfaces
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of masking techniques and processes
