Handen Health Centre is located next to Haninge Centre, with restaurants, a grocery store, and good public transport connections. We have rehabilitation services and a child health centre. In Dalarö, in a beautiful archipelago setting, we have a primary care centre.
Handen Health Centre currently has nearly 22,000 registered patients, and we are growing rapidly. We have an integrated home care service with approximately 250 registered patients, overseen by a responsible home care physician.
We have a psychosocial team consisting of a psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellors, and a rehabilitation coordinator. We also have two chiropodists. We offer nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, elderly care, and weight loss. We have a minor orthopaedics clinic in a team with a physiotherapist, as well as a minor emergency clinic with close cooperation with the urgent care centre. At our workplace, we value teamwork and work together to maintain a good working climate, collaboration, and well-being. We have teams with GPs, specialist doctors, AT doctors, and junior doctors working with the same patient list to increase continuity. Together, we drive improvement work to meet future healthcare needs. Read more about us here: Handen Health Centre.
