Employment and Terms

Working hours: Monday–Friday
Full-time equivalent: 100%
Shift times: 06:45/07:00–15:30
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period
Start date: According to agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

As a temporary staff member, you will work in customers' homes providing varied support based on individual needs:

• Personal care – support with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
• Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good treatment
• Support in daily life – help with meals and simpler household chores
• Supervision & security – identify needs and contribute to safe care
• Medication delegation – handover of medication according to prescription and documentation according to routine
• Documentation – document according to the implementation plan in various computer systems
• Security alarms – respond quickly to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling security alarms between 06:45–22:00. This means a varied role with both planned and more urgent interventions.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are engaged and want to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Nursing assistant education (meritorious) – you have a completed education, preferably with experience
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
• Category B driver's license (meritorious) – you are a confident and experienced driver
• Cycling proficiency (REQUIRED) – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bike
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and keep your cool in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
• Digital literacy – you use mobile phones and computers in your daily work
• Medication delegation (meritorious) – experience with medication handling according to routine is a plus
