CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Gothenburg.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Thrives in physically active work.
• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

It is an advantage if you have a category B driver's license or a moped permit. Previous experience in similar roles is also a plus, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The workday begins with preparing for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Afterward, the delivery takes place within the assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles for deliveries, but depending on your specific route for the day, you may also use a car, moped, or standard bicycle.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up with administrative tasks and preparation for the next day's work, together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

This is a so-called hourly position, where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and operational needs. We would appreciate it if you were available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to the collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting wage is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
