RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the IHR team in Home Care, you are responsible for In-Home Rehabilitation commissioned by licensed professionals. You work in a team consisting of IHR therapists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists within home care, but also collaborate with nursing staff, unit managers, nurses, and social secretaries.

You contribute your specific competence to increase the individual's independence and participation in daily activities. We visit patients who need rehabilitation in their home environment. Our goal is for the patient to be able to use their own abilities in daily activities based on their conditions and needs.

Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in exercise and rehabilitation, preferably with experience. You should be driven and motivated by working with people, both young and old.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in healthcare. As a person, you are secure and have a good approach to others.

You are good at structuring your work and driving your own processes forward. You have an interest in contributing together with the teams to develop rehabilitation in ordinary housing.

You are easy to create and maintain contacts and have both the ability and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 11 days – 3 months, start: Selection and recruitment takes place in August. Start date by agreement.
