Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have another behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT Step 1? Do you want to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work consists mainly of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations for customer employees.

At Falck in Luleå, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, providing an interesting variety in your job.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive measures
  • Mentoring of individuals and groups
  • Conflict management and leadership support
  • Psychosocial work environment issues
  • Assessments and mapping
  • Training

Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Or Social Worker or another academic behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT Step 1
  • Experience in support conversations where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT)
  • Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and work intersect
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious qualifications

  • Competence for investigating bullying/harassment (RUM trained)
  • Training in the 15-method.
  • Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's responsibility for the work environment

Other:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time (100%) and start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.

The position involves travel to units and customers in the local area according to operational needs, which means you must have a valid driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.
