We are looking for dedicated and responsible hourly substitute staff for home care services and special housing. As a substitute with us, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with the care and support they need to live a safe and dignified life.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Assistance and support with meals and medication
• Social activities and walks
• Help and support with daily chores, cleaning, laundry, and errands
• Documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare and social services is an advantage
• Good communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A driver's license for home care services is required
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is our working language

As we are the administrative municipality for Finnish and Meänkieli, it is an advantage if you also speak any of these languages. The work requires digital documentation, so experience with digital tools is a plus.
