As a forklift driver, it is a requirement that you hold a valid forklift license and have experience handling different types of forklifts. You should also be able to work independently and have a strong sense of precision and safety in your work.
This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with service-oriented tasks within production.
You are positive, responsible, stress-resistant, and structured, driven by a desire to learn new things. You communicate easily with various types of people and can work both independently and in a team. Experience in previous warehouse logistics and service work is advantageous. As a forklift driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, as well as handling and transporting materials within our client's production facility. You will ensure that warehousing is efficient and safe by following established routines. You will work in an environment where precision, quality, and efficiency are central parts of the workday.
About youFormal qualifications- Valid forklift training A1–A4, B1–B4 + D1.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and working environment rules.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills to handle warehouse management systems.
- Valid Category B driver's license and access to your own car.
- Relevant experience that you can utilize in the role.
- Personal traits such as: flexibility, precision, and stress tolerance.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in shifts and can handle different types of forklifts, such as Kanban forklifts. Experience working in large warehouses with a high tempo, as well as knowledge of LEAN principles, is seen as a benefit. Additionally, having completed training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus. Furthermore, good problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach are considered advantageous.
