About the Job

We are looking for someone who is eager to work, has a genuine interest in cooking, and is passionate about creating a fantastic restaurant experience. Here, you will work with Korean cooking, serving, customer service, and standard restaurant tasks.

You who apply for this position should have good social skills, be structured, meticulous, and have a strong interest in cooking.

At our restaurant, working hours vary during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

We are primarily looking for someone who plans to work on a permanent basis and values a long-term collaboration between employer and employee.

About the Position

As the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager, you have a leading role in the daily operations. You are responsible for the kitchen's operations and quality assurance, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cooking and quality assurance of dishes
• Open the restaurant Monday–Friday at 08:00/09:00 (work until approx. 16:00–17:00)
• Responsible for ordering supplies and inventory management
• Plan purchases based on needs and budget
• Lead and distribute work in the kitchen
• Ensure that food hygiene and routines are followed
