WHO IS FRAM?

At FRAM, we are convinced that working in a restaurant is the most fun job in the world. The energy, the colleagues, and the guests. Working with food and drink beats boring office jobs and tired administrative jobs in every way.

We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and views the industry and employees a little differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are by far the best at this.

We are several hundred employees, a dozen in the offices – things are going great for us. 💪

Naturally, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg and Malmö, and now FRAM has established itself here in Stockholm for real since 2023, with several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect. We are investing heavily and intend to become the by far best employer for us industry professionals within the hotel and restaurant industry. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious places and we choose who we work with. Our customers range from nice neighborhood pubs, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and conference facilities. The common denominator is that they are clean workplaces, whole and clean kitchens with a decent level and good atmosphere.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You are employed by us at FRAM and work at a few different places across the city. Sometimes you can work at a few different workplaces during the week or run a long-term assignment at one and the same place. You get proposals for assignments in good time, you go out and work for our customers, and you get paid by us. Quite straightforward. We see our job as a craft, we at FRAM are the best at what we do.

You choose entirely how you want to work. Only daytime weekdays? No problem. Do you only want to work evenings? Absolutely. Do you always want to be off on certain days of the week? We solve it! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT!

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to drive, and what type of cooking you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is roughly as you think and we dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here at our office on Västmannagatan.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who are seeking permanent employment which you get after a few months of probation, or extra if you are after that with top pay.

FRAM is looking for you who are clean and sharp, have a few years under your belt as a chef, cold bar staff, or sous chef, and have a handle on most things. You don't need to be super experienced or worked at a starred restaurant but your knives should be sharpened and your movements quick.

With us, you never sit in the shit but you should be able to handle a mise en liste and figure out how it works here in the city, whether you want to drive at a nice lunch spot, a flashy banquet dinner, or run service at something hardcore à la carte place.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is pretty sharp at their job and the most important thing of all – everyone who works with us is good people. We don't have arms and legs, no arrogant superiors, people who scream or tired faces with us. We don't take in just anyone and it's not entirely easy to get a job here.

There is a lot of à la carte work this summer if you want to make extra. If you want permanent work with a monthly salary, there is space with us from August or September.

Start: Now this summer or start August. Salary: 180 - 220 SEK/h depending on professional experience, wishes, and conditions (we tell you more during the meeting). Other terms according to current collective agreement.
