Spa Manager for Exclusive Spa and Wellness Facility in Tromsø, Norway

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Spa Manager for an exciting operation in Tromsø, Norway.

This is an operational leadership role for you who thrive on being close to both guests and employees. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the spa department while also performing treatments yourself when needed and contributing to the overall guest experience.

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop the business, build a strong team, and create a top-class spa experience.

Responsibilities

As Spa Manager, you are responsible for:

• Daily operations of the spa department
• Planning and coordination of activities
• Recruitment and building of your own team of massage therapists
• Personnel management and staff development
• Scheduling and staffing planning
• Customer service and guest experience
• Administration and reporting
• Quality assurance of operations
• Performing massage treatments when needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a Spa Manager, Team Leader, or other leadership role within spa, wellness, or hotel operations
• Has experience in personnel management and team development
• Has good administrative skills
• Is service-oriented and passionate about customer experiences
• Thrives in both operational and strategic work
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented

Requirements

• Practical experience with massage treatments
• Experience in customer service in premium or service-oriented operations
• Good communication skills in Swedish or English
