About the position

As a massage therapist or spa therapist, you work to provide our guests with professional treatments and a warm welcome from the very first moment. You are responsible for your own treatments but are also an important part of an engaged team where we support each other and help out to create the best experience for our guests.

The work consists mainly of:

• Massage and spa treatments
• Customer service and hospitality
• Contributing to a calm, pleasant, and professional environment
• Collaboration with other therapists and colleagues

Who are we looking for?

You are a social, pleasant, and considerate person who enjoys working with people. You have a genuine interest in health and well-being and want to give every customer an extraordinary experience.

We look for someone who has:

• Education as a massage therapist, wellness massage therapist, or spa therapist
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your treatments
• Good service sense and a professional attitude

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement. We also welcome recent graduates who want to develop together with us.

Employment conditions

• Scope: 50–75%
• Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Working hours: Daytime, some evenings until 7 PM, and Saturdays
• Salary: Market-based salary/hourly rate by agreement
• Collective agreement: We apply HRF guidelines

Other: Solhöjden is located in a rural area outside Nyköping, so a driver's license and access to a car are advantageous.
