As Salon Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations and development of the salon. You work operationally as a hairdresser while simultaneously leading, coaching, and developing the team to ensure high quality, good profitability, and a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The role combines hairdressing craftsmanship, leadership, and business acumen. You create structure and good conditions for the business, follow up on results, and drive initiatives that strengthen the salon's offering and continued development.
