Do you love skiing, new experiences, and providing excellent service? Quality Travel is now looking for dedicated guides for Andorra, the heart of the Pyrenees' largest ski area, for the winter season 2026–2027.

What does it mean to work as a guide with us?

Since 2009, Quality Travel has been a specialist in unforgettable ski trips to Andorra, and we are the official representative in Sweden. As a guide with us, you become a key person who provides our travelers with high-class service and unique memories. Your duties include, but are not limited to, slope guiding, transfer service, hotel assistance, and administration. You work independently, but always with strong support and close collaboration within our experienced and enthusiastic guide team.

No two days are alike – and many of our returning guides describe the job as one of the most fun and rewarding they have ever had!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about skiing and enjoy meeting new people of all ages. The job requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards unexpected situations. You are social, driven, and see opportunities rather than problems. As a guide, you represent Quality Travel to our travelers and partners and actively contribute to creating the best possible travel experience.

A workplace beyond the ordinary

At Quality Travel, you get snow-covered mountains and freshly groomed slopes as your workplace, with sunshine 300 days a year. We offer you a lift pass for the entire season, shared accommodation, access to ski equipment, work clothes, as well as travel to and from Sweden, a monthly salary, and daily allowances.
