Job Description

Do you want to work in the automotive industry? Look no further! We are now expanding our AVL team here in Södertälje with a Motor Mechanic for the position of Technician.

• Preparing test objects mechanically for testing upon customer request in a modern workshop.
• Mechanically assembling/disassembling test objects from scratch or replacing/modifying test articles.
• Working closely with test engineers/customers to measure various test object parts and documenting this.
• Documenting and quality-assuring the work within the specified timeframe.

Profile Description

• The role is characterized by good collaboration with colleagues.
• Social competence.
• You should be comfortable working practically and have good engine knowledge/experience or similar.
• Documented experience as a mechanic/technician.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in the Office suite.
• Flexible.
• Self-driven with a desire to perform.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Additional qualifications in welding, turning, and milling are meritorious.
