We are currently looking for assemblers for our client's production. The role is during day shifts and suits you if you are meticulous, responsible, and appreciate order and tidiness. The position involves practical work with assembly, quality control, and maintaining order in the work area, as well as close collaboration with production managers and colleagues to ensure delivery and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to drawings, work orders, and given instructions, focusing on correct execution and repeatability.
• Perform visual and simple functional tests to ensure that assembled units meet quality requirements and document the results.
• Follow established work routines, safety regulations, and quality documentation, and report deviations to the responsible person.
• Maintain order and tidiness at the workstation, handle tools in a structured manner, and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the production team to ensure flow, contribute to improvement work, and suggest efficiencies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or production work is advantageous, but interest and the ability to quickly get up to speed with tasks can weigh heavily.
• Meticulousness and a good ability to follow instructions and work orders.
• A responsible attitude with good organizational skills in work execution and documentation.
• Practical technical understanding and familiarity with simple hand tools; experience working with screwdrivers or similar power tools is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are advantageous as documentation is often conducted in Swedish.
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous.
