Working Hours: Two-week rotating shift. Week 1: Monday–Friday 05:30–14:30. Week 2: Monday–Thursday 12:30–23:00.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a café employee who wants to work in a team with joy and positivity, where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are at the center. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all guests at the café. The role includes sandwich preparation, cash handling, and keeping the workplace and café clean and tidy. Inventory and ordering of goods may also occur from time to time. You will also perform other tasks common within the restaurant.

About Restaurant MR Gardet

The restaurant is located on a military area in Brunna, Kungsängen. We serve approximately 500–800 lunches per day and offer breakfast, dinner, evening meals, and catering in addition to lunch. Representation events are common, and experience in serving is an asset. The restaurant also includes a café and kiosk that are frequently visited. Throughout the year, there are large-scale military exercises, holiday celebrations, and regimental days. Evening and weekend work occurs frequently.

As we operate within a protected object, a police certificate (register extract) and a confidentiality agreement are required. The police certificate must be clean, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations are conducted within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You find joy in actively working with upselling.
• You have no problem working independently as well as in a group.
• With your positive attitude, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day.
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are second nature.
• You understand your impact on guest satisfaction, are positive, stress-resistant, and easy to collaborate and communicate with.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Previous experience in café work is a plus.
