Your Role

In the role of an assistant nurse, you will primarily work with care and support in the residents' daily lives. This includes personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and participation in various social activities. Documentation, as well as the creation and follow-up of implementation plans, are part of the work. You will also perform HSL tasks according to delegation. The work is team-based, where you, together with your colleagues, ensure that residents receive their approved services in the best possible way.

Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule. You are expected to be flexible and able to work throughout the entire building.

Description of the Workplace

Forsgården is a care and support residence with 30 places for people with dementia, distributed across three departments.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and have a genuine interest in working with people and focusing on the resident. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with elderly care, and it is meritorious if you have previous experience from dementia care.

The work requires documentation and communication, thus requiring you to master the Swedish language in speech and writing. Some computer skills are also desirable.

As a person, you are self-reliant and have the ability to take initiative and drive your work forward. You are flexible and can adapt to changes and new situations. With good teamwork skills, you contribute to a positive team spirit, while being structured and planning your work efficiently to achieve set goals. Finally, you have the ability to see the big picture and understand how different parts fit together to contribute to the organization's overall goals.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
