About the assignment

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced Industrialization Project Manager for an assignment that offers both strategic influence and high-level technical challenges.

You will play a key role in the industrialization of new products and ensure that manufacturing requirements are integrated throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with several functions and business areas, both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and manufacturing deliveries in complex product development projects.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams of approximately 5–15 people.
• Ensure that manufacturing requirements are identified, defined, and implemented.
• Responsible for project deliveries regarding time, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate activities between different functions and business areas.
• Report project status and present decision-making materials for steering groups and decision forums.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to efficient collaboration and information flow between project stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering, university degree, or equivalent relevant education.
• Documented training in project management.
• Training in leadership and communication.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry or industrial operations.
• Experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
