At Randstad, we are currently looking for dedicated warehouse workers for exciting assignments with our clients in Gothenburg. For these positions, we place great emphasis on your previous experience; we are looking for someone who is confident, meticulous, and has experience in warehouse picking.

About the Role

As a floating consultant at Randstad, you will become our expert on-site at our clients' locations. Since you are expected to step in and deliver results from day one, a background in warehousing and logistics is required. You are accustomed to handling various types of goods and thrive in environments where the pace is fast and safety margins are tight.

Working hours vary according to the clients' needs, which means you should be open to day, evening, and night shifts, although daytime shifts are most common.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in picking and packing.
• Meticulous and quality-conscious.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new warehouse systems and routines.
• Fluent in reading and writing both Swedish and English.
• Experience working with order systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of materials.
• Communication between different departments via email, in Swedish and English.
• Quality assurance: Picking and packing where your experience minimizes error margins.
