About the position

We are looking for dedicated construction workers for various projects around Skåne. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and you will always be based at the respective project site. You will have access to a company car for commuting to and from work.

Main responsibilities

As a construction worker, you work with earthworks to prepare areas for construction and material handling. You use tools and equipment safely and efficiently, working according to instructions to ensure that projects meet customer requirements.

The work is physically demanding, and the body is used in almost all tasks, from laying foundations, digging, and handling materials to completing projects according to assignments. The role combines practical work with responsibility and gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.

Requirements

• Trained construction worker
• Category B driver's license
• Experience from work in construction
• Good understanding of safety, working environment, and quality
• Knowledge of using tools and equipment required for construction work
• Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work

Merits

• Experience with different types of paving
• Previous experience of project work and coordination on construction sites
