Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for dedicated employees for our clients in Skåne County, Kristianstad and surrounding areas. The tasks include the following:

• Milking in a rotary parlor
• Feeding cows: Participate in the feeding of our cows
• Various machine operations: Handle different machines and tasks on the farm

Your Profile

We value a person who is responsible, proactive, and has a positive attitude. You should thrive in an environment where you can work independently but also collaborate with others. Your commitment to animals and agriculture is central to thriving in this role. You will be employed by Agroflow, but hired out to our client.

We are looking for you who have experience working on a farm year-round. You have a good eye for animals and can handle both animals and machinery. You are physically strong and ready to pitch in where needed. We see that you are structured and meticulous in your work, while also appreciating a flexible and varied job.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with good opportunities for extension or permanent employment. Working hours follow a rolling schedule with shared shifts in a 3-shift system: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00.
