Job Description

We are currently looking for a couple of individuals who want to work with garden maintenance with us, as we have received more maintenance locations.

The tasks are very varied and may involve garden work such as weeding, mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, planting flowers, watering, and picking up litter.

You will base yourself at our office in Malmö and travel to various properties to carry out the work, primarily in the Malmö region. Sometimes you will go out alone and other times together with colleagues. You will have access to a company car that you use to travel to and from the properties.

Seasonal Position

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

The usual season runs from April 1st to November 27th, 2026.

There may also be an opportunity to continue after November with snow clearance duties until the next season starts.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

• A manual B-driver's license and good spoken Swedish skills.
• Experience in the gardening profession and an interest in gardening.

It is an advantage if you are accustomed to physical labor and have prior experience driving lawn mowers or park tractors. It is also an advantage if you have a BE driver's license, previous experience in the property industry, and an interest in gardening and nature.

You are the face of the company when you work, so it is important that you are responsible and have good social skills to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
