We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader for our client's warehouse operations in Värnamo. In this role, you will be a key person in the daily work, contributing to structure, efficiency, and a strong team spirit.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse operations. You are an present leader who supports the team in achieving set goals and ensures that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• planning, leading, and following up on daily operational activities
• independently analyzing economics, process compliance, and service outcomes
• finding improvement proposals regarding processes
• identifying potential areas for improvement
• conducting current state analyses (profitability, work structure, etc.)
• handling various personnel matters in consultation with HR
• developing, engaging, and motivating your employees

The position is full-time and is expected to start immediately or as agreed. We prefer that you are available for work throughout the summer. Working hours are scheduled Monday-Friday, 12:00-20:00.

We are looking for you who have experience in warehousing and logistics and want to take the next step in your career, or you who have previously held a leadership position and want to continue developing in a leadership role. You are a person who naturally takes responsibility, has a drive forward, and thrives in a role where you get to work closely with both people and operations. You are motivated by seeing others develop and have the ability to create engagement in the group, while maintaining a clear focus on results and efficiency. We also appreciate that you enjoy working in a structured manner, have good communication skills, and can work independently and are driven by improvement work.

You should preferably have good experience with Microsoft Office and be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
