Your role at Nobia

As a Forklift Operator at Nobia, you play a central role in daily operations. You work closely with production and are responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth material flow.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Order picking
• Material handling and service to other departments
• Restocking materials in production
• Repalletizing/Repackaging materials
• Operating forklifts in various workflows

You work independently in your role and are expected to take initiative to drive work forward. At the same time, you have many internal contacts, which requires good collaboration and professional conduct.

Your background

We are looking for you who are responsible, driven, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with initiative.

We see that you have:

• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B2 (B6 is a merit)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

As a person, you are:

• Self-reliant and confident in making your own decisions
• Initiative-taking and solution-oriented
• Social and team-oriented

Experience in similar work within warehousing or production is a merit.
