About the role:

In the preventive maintenance role, you will have a varied and important daily routine where you build structure, drive improvements, and work close to production. Here you combine practical mechanical work with the development of maintenance routines, while contributing to a more reliable, efficient, and well-functioning operation. You will become a key person in creating order, strengthening working methods, and turning technical knowledge into solutions that make a real difference in daily work.

• Work with preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to ensure high operational reliability in production.
• Perform inspections, servicing, and inspections of machinery and lifting equipment according to current requirements.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve through root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of maintenance work, including updating maintenance templates and strategies.
• Ensure correct documentation in the maintenance system as well as quality assurance of technical information and control points.
• Collaborate closely with production, electrical, and automation as well as having contact with suppliers and handling related administration.
• Actively participate in improvement and safety work, including lubrication, optimization of lubrication programs, and simpler mechanical interventions.

About you:

We are looking for you who have practical experience in mechanical work and good computer skills, especially in Excel and maintenance systems. You have the ability to understand how machines work and what maintenance needs are required to create stable and efficient operations. It is an advantage if you have experience in preventive maintenance or maintenance development, knowledge in lubrication technology, experience with vibration measurement, or work with lifting gear. To thrive in the role, we believe you are independent, proactive, and practical-minded, with an analytical and problem-solving approach.
