Do you want to work close to production in an engaged team? RZ ZamPart is looking for a driven maintenance mechanic who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, and development!

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high availability and operational reliability in our production. You will become an important part of the maintenance team and actively contribute to developing and improving our processes and working methods.

The work involves troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in production and process equipment, as well as planned maintenance of machines and facilities. You will also participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and contribute to improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime.

An important part of the role is to document completed work according to current procedures and regulations, as well as to collaborate closely with production and other technical functions to ensure a stable and efficient operation.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and technical development are in focus.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience in maintenance work within manufacturing, workshop, or process industries. You have good mechanical understanding and experience in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment. It is a merit if you have knowledge of electrical systems, either through education or practical experience.

You have a strong technical interest and thrive in a practical role where you get to work with problem-solving in a production-oriented environment. You work in a structured manner, are responsible, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when the pace is fast.

As a person, you are proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused. You enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues from different parts of the business.
