At Dahl, we are now looking for new colleagues to join our team as warehouse workers at our new warehouse in Bålsta.

We are primarily targeting candidates with prior experience in logistics operations. As a warehouse employee at Dahl, you will work together with your colleagues to handle inbound deliveries, order picking, and loading. The role involves a mix of traditional tasks such as forklift operation and physical labor, as well as less physically demanding tasks like monitoring workflows and the robots on your section. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Registering incoming goods in the business system
• Verifying deliveries against delivery notes
• Picking and packing
• Process monitoring within the automated logistics flow
• Supporting the replenishment of incoming goods and internal forklift transports
• Achieving set targets, both personal and team-based

Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays (Monday–Friday) during daytime or afternoon/evening shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and thrives in operations driven by delivery precision. Collaboration with colleagues is crucial for both the work and the workplace atmosphere, so your personal qualities are very important. We are seeking someone who is efficient and detail-oriented, with an interest in both practical and administrative tasks.

Since a large part of the operations is automated, we would appreciate it if you had a technical interest and are quick to learn new systems and processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least two years of experience in warehouse work or similar roles
• A valid forklift license
• Experience with automation and modern warehouse solutions is a plus
