- The position is a full-time role with the possibility of part-time work, with hours that promote a good balance between work and leisure. The majority of working hours will be based in the reception.
- Salary according to agreement. We apply a probationary period.
Responsibilities:
As a receptionist and dental nurse at our clinic, you will:
- Be responsible for the administrative work in the reception – manage appointment books and emails, answer the phone, and be the face of the clinic when patients arrive.
- Contribute to maintaining a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere at the clinic.
- Assist experienced dentists with various treatments as needed, ranging from examinations to implant surgeries.
- Have direct patient contact in connection with, for example, tartar removal and X-rays.
Qualifications and skills:
- Dental nurse education with experience working in a clinic.
- Ability to work independently and organize daily tasks efficiently.
- Interest and aptitude for administration, service, and structure.
- Responsible attitude towards both patient care and collegial collaboration.
- Strong motivation and drive to continuously learn and contribute to improving work processes and flows at the clinic.
