About the Role

As a Functional Tester, you play a central role in ensuring that our rigs meet high demands for function, performance, and quality before delivery. You work with structured testing of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and safety systems, as well as analyzing and troubleshooting any deviations.

You are responsible for documenting test results and ensuring that identified defects are rectified according to current quality processes.

In this role, you collaborate closely with several functions within the business, such as design and development, service, quality, and planning. You also contribute to developing working methods and securing stable, high-quality deliveries over time.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a strong focus on quality. You thrive working both practically and systematically, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

You are a team player who appreciates cross-functional collaboration while having the personal drive to take responsibility for your tasks. Your technical curiosity drives you to constantly develop and improve working methods.

Formal Qualifications

• Documented assembly experience within mechanics, hydraulics, and/or electrical systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation
• Experience in troubleshooting and quality work
• Good computer skills and understanding of technical systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience within electrification or battery technology
• Knowledge of control systems/automation
• Experience working with heavy mobile machinery or rigs
