We are welcoming a nurse who wants to become part of our fantastic team!

As a nurse at Forenede Care, you are a vital part of the organization, and your competence and well-being are highly valued. We know that you, as an employee, are our most important resource, which is why you are given excellent opportunities to grow and develop with us. You will take on a supervisory role within the team with the opportunity to influence operations.

Where you will work

You will work at Tryggheten, a small, family-like specialized housing facility with 31 apartments on one floor. The apartments are divided into two wards with a somatic focus. Tryggheten is located in Solna, close to bus connections and within walking distance of Bergshamra metro station. The surrounding area offers beautiful walking paths and green spaces.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters. Your role involves maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.

The role also includes contributing to the organization's competence development through educational and informational initiatives at departmental meetings (APT) and other forums. You participate regularly in team meetings with rehabilitation staff, APT, quality meetings, and management group meetings to jointly develop and ensure high quality in operations.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. The employment level is between 80-100%. Working hours include days, evenings, and every other weekend. Start date is by agreement.

Merits

We prefer that you have some experience working in elderly care. Further education in elderly care, palliative care, or psychiatry is considered a merit.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged, care about your fellow human beings, and are good at building good relationships. You are service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.

What do you get from us?

  • Influence. We constantly work on improvements to offer the highest quality care. As an employee at Forenede Care, you have the daily opportunity to influence how we work.
  • Personal and competence development. We develop our skills to grow together and achieve the company's goals.
  • Security and collective agreement. You get a long-term and engaged employer who sees people as their most important resource.
  • Motion. Wellness allowance.
