The Role: Catering Chef

As a Catering Chef, you are responsible for deliveries to our restaurants. You ensure that the food truck delivers our world-class wraps and our new dishes, such as fantastic Indian tacos and Tandoori grilled chicken, launching in 2026. Your duties include cooking, sales at lunches, events, and catering, as well as weekly deliveries to our restaurants.

Main Responsibilities

• Cook everything from scratch, including curry stews, various types of marinades, and sauces.
• Cooking and Preparation: Prepare food according to recipes and hygiene requirements, as well as handle purchasing and booking planning.
• Customer Service: Provide professional and welcoming service, handle orders and payments.
• Stock and Cleaning: Responsible for restocking, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the food truck.
• Deliveries: Perform weekly deliveries of goods, including loading and unloading.
• POS and Booking Systems: Manage the cash register and booking systems.

Personal Qualities

• Service-oriented with a focus on the guest experience.
• Structured, flexible, and self-motivated.
• Good problem-solving skills and communicative in team settings.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish or English (knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, or Nepali is a plus).
• Experience in Indian cooking and Tandoor (Indian grill oven).
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
• Knowledge of bakery and ability to bake everything from scratch is a plus.

Preferred: Experience with catering, food trucks, and customer service.

Terms of Employment

• Varying working hours with a focus on lunch, events, and weekly deliveries.
• Location: Based in Stockholm but may involve longer assignments elsewhere in Sweden.
