About the role
As a Site Supervisor, you lead and develop a team of employees. Together, you work with a client managing properties in Stockholm and south of the city. Together, you are responsible for maintaining the outdoor environment – everything from courtyards, gardens, and walkways to entrances and green areas. This is a role that requires both practical maintenance and strategic planning.
You will have a combination of operational and administrative responsibilities, working closely with the team in the field while also creating structure in the office. You are responsible for planning and monitoring projects, budgets, and results, creating efficient workflows, and maintaining close dialogue with customers and subcontractors. Who are you?
- You have completed horticultural training and possess deep plant knowledge.
- Experience in site supervision/leadership.
- Accustomed to calculating job costs and planning projects.
- Structured, result-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks.
- A confident leader who creates engagement and well-being.
- Combines a quality mindset with cost control and efficiency.
- A positive team player with a valid driver’s license (Category B).
