About the Role

The role we are looking for is based in Nässjö. As an Operational Buyer, you are responsible for ensuring material supply to our production. You work in the business system Monitor and have daily contact with suppliers, production, and planning.

The role is central to ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently. As our current buyer is retiring, you will receive a thorough introduction and the opportunity to shadow the role for a period to learn about our specific processes and suppliers. In your role, you handle approximately 60 active suppliers and collaborate closely with the Strategic Buyer to, among other things, optimize our lead times and inventory levels.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in operational purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Is familiar with working in business systems, preferably Monitor.
• Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in collaborating and communicating with different functions.
• Is motivated by achieving goals regarding delivery precision, inventory balances, and proactively resolving deviations before they impact production.
• Has knowledge of forecasting and claims handling with suppliers.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
