Do you want to work with high-quality wood products in a company where craftsmanship, quality, and flexibility are at the center?
Henry Wiberg AB has been manufacturing specially planed moldings, panels, and other wood products since 1947. By combining solid craftsmanship with modern production technology, we are today one of Sweden's leading manufacturers of products in hardwood and precious timber. From our planing mill in Norrbyås outside Örebro, we deliver both standard products and customized solutions to construction projects, public environments, and renovations across the country.
We are now looking for an Industrial Painter who wants to contribute to our continued development.
About the Role
As an industrial painter with us, you will have a central role in production, responsible for the surface treatment of our products. You will mainly work with painting and surface treatment of moldings, panels, and other wood goods where quality, precision, and professional skill are crucial.
The role also involves responsibility for planning and developing the painting operations by ensuring the right materials, efficient workflows, and high quality in the final result.
Since we are a smaller company with short decision-making paths and varying production needs, you will also be involved in other parts of the business. We actively work with job rotation to create flexibility, strengthen competence within the organization, and give our employees a varied workday.

- Picking and packaging of customer orders
- Booking of transport and handling of deliveries
- Participation in other production processes such as sawing, planing, and further processing of wood products
We are looking for you who
- Have education in painting, surface treatment, or equivalent experience
- Have experience in industrial painting, preferably of wood products
- Are quality-conscious and precise in your work
- Enjoy responsibility and planning your own work
- Have practical skills and enjoy working in production
- Are flexible and appreciate varied tasks
- Contribute with positive engagement and good teamwork skills
Experience from the wood industry, carpentry, or other manufacturing industries is meritorious but not a requirement.
