Job Description

In the role of Platform Engineer, you have overall responsibility for the technical platform that enables the development, training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in production.

You ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, automated, and meets high requirements for security, compliance, and reliability.

Your main tasks include:

• Building, developing, and maintaining ML and AI infrastructure.
• Ensuring automation through CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML solutions.
• Working with container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Integrating and managing cloud services such as Azure and/or AWS, according to current requirements and guidelines.
• Optimizing and managing computing resources (CPU/GPU) in a cost- and energy-efficient manner.
• Supporting model versioning, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Ensuring that security, regulatory compliance, and information classification are a natural part of the platform.

About You

• Experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure work (e.g., data pipelines).
• Good knowledge of container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Good ability to collaborate and communicate in cross-functional teams.
• Interest in or experience with AI, ML, and MLOps.
• You have a university degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Experience with AI or data platforms.
• Knowledge of security, information classification, or regulatory requirements.
