As a Product Support Engineer, you work closely with several technical disciplines and contribute an important perspective to the development: how solutions work in practice regarding support, service, testability, and long-term operational reliability.

You participate in reviewing design solutions, handle requirements, and create documentation that helps the business make well-founded decisions. • You work with the management and analysis of requirements related to technical systems and products.
• You evaluate and analyze design solutions from a maintenance and support perspective.
• You collect, compile, and analyze technical information as a basis for recommendations and decisions.
• You review systems and designs with a focus on accessibility, maintainability, and testability.
• You collaborate closely with development and engineering teams across several competency areas.
• You contribute knowledge regarding reliability, Testability, Maintainability, and FMEA in the ongoing work.

• You have experience and competence in electronics, power, and mechanics.
• You have experience investigating, searching for information, and compiling and analyzing design solutions from a maintenance perspective.
• You have experience with MTA, Testability, Maintainability, and FMEA.
• You have good ability to manage and analyze requirements.
• You have a good understanding of working in operations covered by defense secrecy.
• You communicate well and collaborate smoothly with people in different technical fields.
• You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
