Do you want to lead deliveries where electronics, software, and connected solutions are crucial for the product's development? In this role, you will have overall responsibility for coordinating Electronics & Software within new product development, product improvements, and cost optimization in a technically advanced development environment.

You work closely with PMO, R&D, and the Connectivity Center to ensure that the right activities are driven at the right time and with the right prioritization. The role requires you to weigh together technology, business benefit, cost, quality, and delivery capability when decisions need to be made. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine technical depth with clear influence over product development.

• You lead and coordinate all work within Electronics & Software in projects related to new development, product improvement, and cost-out.
• You drive prioritization and follow-up of activities and deliveries within software, electronics/electrical, and testing.
• You ensure effective collaboration between Electronics & Software, R&D, PMO, and the Connectivity Center.
• You monitor resources and budget for E&S deliveries within development projects.
• You report status, progress, and deliveries to the E&S Management Team.
• You make technical decisions from a holistic perspective where cost, quality, schedule, and delivery are weighed together.
• You drive cross-functional coordination between development teams and other key stakeholders.

• You have a background in electronics or software development.
• You have experience in technical project management or a corresponding leadership role.
• You have experience coordinating and driving deliveries in cross-functional development projects.
• You have experience in product development and working in development organizations.
• You can make technical decisions from a holistic perspective rather than at a detailed level.
• You have good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on project activities.
• You communicate well and are accustomed to collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• You have very good English skills in both speech and writing.

• Experience with New Product Development (NPD).
• Experience working with electronics, embedded systems, or connected products.
• Experience with budget and resource tracking.
• Experience collaborating with PMO and cross-functional development teams.
• Experience from international development organizations.
