Responsibilities

As a Gluing Machine Operator, you are responsible for the production process at the gluing machine. Your tasks include setting up and operating the machine, as well as folding and gluing cardboard packaging.

You will work in a modern production environment with advanced gluing machinery, which represents the final step in production before delivery to the customer. You ensure that production runs efficiently and with high quality.

You will work closely in a team with packers, where you hold overall responsibility for operation, settings, and the final result.

The role also includes responsibility for documentation and ongoing quality control.

This is a direct recruitment to our client, meaning you will be employed directly by the company.

Requirements

• Experience as a Gluing Machine Operator
• Proficiency in setting up and operating gluing machines
• Understanding of production flows and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility throughout the process
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the packaging industry (cardboard)
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production machinery
• Experience working in teams within production

Conditions

Start: According to agreement

Location: Malmö

Working Hours: 2-shift system: Mon-Fri 06:00–14:00 and Mon-Thu 14:00–23:00

Employment: Full-time
