About the role

In the role of Employeur within TMC Maintenance Engineering, you work with production development and maintenance in technically challenging environments. The projects vary and can include both operational work and participation in larger development and improvement projects.

You contribute to creating stable and efficient production environments by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues – while simultaneously driving improvements in working methods, structure, and maintenance strategy.

Examples of tasks:

• Identify, analyze, and rectify faults in production and equipment
• Develop and create maintenance plans
• Create instructions and standardized working methods
• Ensure an efficient spare parts setup
• Work in and develop maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar)
• Document and follow up on maintenance activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree or civil engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production, or equivalent work experience
• Has 3–5 years of experience in maintenance work within electrical and/or mechanical fields
• Has experience with maintenance planning, instructions, and spare parts management
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
