We are looking for a substitute teacher/caregiver for our children's home in Värends Nöbbele. We would like you to start immediately.

The residence is located approximately 25 minutes south of Växjö. A driver's license and access to your own car are required to commute to the workplace. Please refrain from applying if you do not have a driver's license or do not meet our educational requirements. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

Five children and young people live in our children's home, requiring significant care, security, and a meaningful, developmental daily routine. The job involves everything from supporting meals and walks to playing and interacting. Care, assistance with hygiene, and medication management are major parts of the daily work. We are looking for someone with a pedagogical mindset and knowledge of LAB (Play and Activity in Children's Homes), AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and TAC (Total Communication).

Working Hours

We currently have a need for hourly substitutes. In order for the children and young people living with us to meet as few people as possible, it is important that you stay with us during the summer.

The working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. You must be available to work all shifts to be considered for this position.

We will prioritize candidates who can work throughout the entire summer and who can start working alongside their current commitments.
