Our client in the manufacturing industry is now seeking to strengthen their production team, starting after the summer. We are looking for you who thrive in a practical and varied industrial environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. The work is conducted in continuous shift rotation, so you need to be flexible regarding working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of industrial worker, you will work in a modern production environment manufacturing building components for industrial construction on a production line. The work is performed in teams and is characterized by a high focus on quality and safety. Additionally, tasks include processing, assembly, and finishing of materials, as well as following drawings and work instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. Your duties will include, among other things:

• Monitoring and handling of production on a production line
• Quality control and inspection of finished products
• Forklift and overhead crane operation may be part of the work

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you who apply are willing to work and have natural drive. You enjoy physical work in an industrial environment and have practical skills. Furthermore, we believe you are a team player who contributes to a good work environment, but can also work independently and take initiative when needed. Previous experience in similar tasks is a merit.

Important for the role:

• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in similar work is a merit
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates are a merit but not a requirement, as training can be offered internally.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting after the summer. You will be employed by Eterni and hired out to our client in Kungshamn. The assignment begins with a fixed-term contract of 6 months with good opportunities for extension. For the right person, there is also the possibility of continued employment with the client.
