Our client is currently looking for an Administrative Warehouse Associate to support their new Nordic distribution center in Mölndal.
Your responsibilities:
As an Administrative Warehouse Associate, you will work in brand new, fresh premises with helpful colleagues. The warehouse is fast-paced, and your tasks will vary, including:
- Handling products – checking contents
- Picking and packing orders
- Registering goods in the system
- Managing and monitoring goods flow in the system
- Updating and handling case numbers and other details in Excel lists
- Registering and releasing orders
- Ongoing inventory
The work is a mix of "hands-on" and administrative tasks, ensuring a varied workday.

As an Administrative Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare receives the materials it needs, in the right time, to the right place. Therefore, it is important that you can work with short lead times, find solutions, and always do your utmost to get it right. You are skilled at communicating with different types of people at various levels, learn quickly, and are a social team player.
Do you have the profile we are looking for?
- Previous experience in warehouse work and administrative tasks
- Good computer skills, previous experience working in a large business system as well as the Office package
- Meticulous and organized
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP is an advantage, or other business systems

You will initially be employed as a Temp-Team consultant. As part of our team, you are offered collective agreement terms, wellness benefits, and a dedicated consultant manager who is there for you.
The assignment starts as agreed and is initially fixed-term until December 31, 2026, with a high possibility of extension. You will usually be informed about the extension 1 month in advance.
